Soup Kitchen Needs
We are always in need of volunteers to help cook and serve our nightly meals!
Our Soup Kitchen is open Sunday through Friday, and meals are served from 5 PM to 6:15 PM. Volunteers who want to cook and serve normally arrive at 3 PM, and depending on the group size (we recommend at least 3 people to serve), can expect to finish by about 7 PM.
We also accept catered meals from events such as graduations, family reunions, and parties. We also accept fresh produce from your garden! If you have any questions please give us a call!
Supply Closet Needs
Our Supply Closet has items not covered by food stamps. We are so thankful to be able to provide these daily supplies to our clients with our community's help.
Examples of items we take are:
Toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, garbage bags, body wash, shampoo, hand soaps, dish soap, laundry soap, toothpaste, denture cream, shaving cream, men's/women's deodorant, diapers for both children and adults, feminine products, pain relievers, band-aids, hand lotion, light bulbs, batteries, winter hats, winter gloves, and socks.
