- Isaiah 58:10
Called by our faith in Jesus Christ to act in love, the House of Compassion responds to the needs of our neighbors and advocates justice and dignity for all.
"Feed the Hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon."
In 1994, several area churches created and supported the House of Compassion to assist those experiencing the effects of poverty.
Funded by donations and grants, we are blessed to serve our community, and to have the support of donors and volunteers
passionate about our mission.
